Recipe- Chicken Marsala
Posted @ 04:51PM on 04/04/2012 by PinalCounty - In PrintIngredients: 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts, flattened to ¼ inch thickness 1 cup flour 1 tablespoon olive oil 1/4 pound bacon (or prosciutto) 8 oz. sliced mushroom, stems trimmed 3/4 cup Marsala wine 3/4 cup chicken broth 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley Salt and pepper, to taste Directions: 1. Season each breast with salt and pepper. Place flour in a shallow bowl. Coat chicken and shake off any excess flour. 2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium high heat. Add chicken and cook until golden brown. 3. Transfer to a serving platter and keep warm. 4. Add more oil to the pan, as needed. Sauté bacon (or prosciutto) until it starts to crisp. Add mushrooms and continue sautéing until they brown. 5. Stir in marsala and broth, scraping up and browning bits in the pan. Cook until the liquid has been reduced to about 1/2 cup. Season the sauce with salt and pepper and add the parsley. 6. Pour the sauce over the chicken. Serve warm. -

I remember going to my first school dance with all my friends and even though I didn't get up the courage to ask any guys to dance with me during the slow songs I still had a blast with all my friends laughing at the antics of the upperclassmen during the fast ones. -

The festival will offer artistic displays, fun for the kids, and plenty of food and shopping at the Promenade, 1005 North Promenade Parkway
